Founders
We're Paul and Ella. Between us we're running five businesses, spanning music, art, events, a creator app and an online community, all with systems we've created on our own handling more than most people think is possible without a dev team or a big budget. The world's getting more disconnected. The Villa is our answer, a community where people build together, support each other, and leave with more energy than they came in with.
Co-founder
Paul has spent years in IT security, music production, and AI, in that order, for a reason. Security taught him how systems fail. Music taught him how to build something that didn't exist before. AI is where both come together. He's not guessing at where the industry is going. He sees the patterns early, moves on them, and figures out the rest while he's building. Everything he shares comes from real application, which means you can use it straight away.
Co-founder
Ella spent years in data, technology and strategy, across banking and music, before she recognised the thread connecting all of it. The same instinct that drove her art: the ability to see the pattern underneath. She's a traditional illustrator who also designs business systems, and she's always seen them as the same thing. Both are about finding the structure that's already there and making it visible. What she does better than most is take something genuinely complex and make it feel simple. That's what she brings to The Villa.

We focus on doing. The Foundations show you the exact tools we use across our own five businesses, with practical use cases you can copy and apply straight away to get you started. Theory is kept to a minimum to reinforce new habits, and that's where self-sufficiency with AI actually comes in.
Beyond the Foundations, weekly live sessions including Q&A support your continued growth alongside people at all different stages of their AI journey. Paul and Ella are active residents of the community, so you know you've got support from day one.
