We're Paul and Ella. We saw where AI was going, built towards it, and started teaching what we learned. Between us we run five businesses, an AI community, a SaaS app, dance events, music and art, on systems we built ourselves, with no dev team. If you have a job, a business or a family and one thing you want built, we have done it, and we'll do it with you.
Paul Villanueva
Co-founderPaul has spent years in IT security, music production, and AI, in that order, for a reason. Security taught him how systems fail. Music taught him how to build something that didn't exist before. AI is where both come together. He's not guessing at where the industry is going. He sees the patterns early, moves on them, and figures out the rest while he's building. Everything he shares comes from real application, which means you can use it straight away.
Ella Villanueva
Co-founderElla spent years in data, technology and strategy, across banking and music, before she recognised the thread connecting all of it. The same instinct that drove her art: the ability to see the pattern underneath. She's a traditional illustrator who also designs business systems, and she's always seen them as the same thing. Both are about finding the structure that's already there and making it visible. What she does better than most is take something genuinely complex and make it feel simple. That's what she brings to The Villa.

Is this a course?
No. Courses end. Communities compound. There are lessons, but the point is the room: a workshop every Wednesday and two founders who reply every day.
Who is it for?
You have a job, a business or a family, and one thing you keep not building. You've tried a tool and bounced off it. It is not for you if you want it handed to you, or can't give it two hours a week.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Most residents weren't. You need curiosity and a thing you want to build.
How much time do I need?
The workshop or its replay, an hour. Then one or two hours building your own thing. Less than that and it won't stick.
What does it cost, all in?
$79 USD a month, or $65 a month billed yearly ($780). You'll also want ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro to start with, about $20 USD a month today, paid to them; the AI companies set those prices and change them. Nothing else is required.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. You keep access to the end of what you've paid for. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds; your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. Full policy here.
